Health and Wellness Coordinator

The Town of Arlington is currently seeking an enthusiastic, organized, self-starter will work both independently and as part of a team supporting the creative people in the Town’s Senior Center. The position is full-time and will work 40 hours/week and will be required to teach and lead programs individually and as a team. Alternate schedules may be required depending on program needs, and some Saturdays are required.

Applicant must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, Recreation or Public Health, or 3 years’ experience in a related field. Experience in a senior environment is preferred. Must possess a valid driver’s license in the State of Tennessee, pass a background check and physical exam, including a drug screen. Will work in a non-smoking environment.
