Chapman's Lawncare and Landscaping is seeking reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Technicians for the upcoming lawn care season. This position is responsible for performing a variety of landscaping and lawn maintenance services to ensure our clients’ properties are maintained to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
- Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments (if certified)
- Perform spring and fall cleanups
- Assist with mulching, planting, and light landscaping projects
- Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and equipment
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but willing to train motivated candidates)
- Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment
- Valid driver’s license (preferred or required, if applicable)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to and from work
