Earn 45 to 65 per hour at a brand new Braintree Outpatient facility. Join a growing team from the ground up and help shape the standard of care in a modern clinic environment.

We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our new outpatient practice. The PT will provide evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through their rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, including history, physical examination, functional testing, and differential diagnosis within the PT scope of practice

• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and functional needs

• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‐education, and modality‐based interventions as appropriate

• Document all evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with state law, payer requirements, and clinic policy

• Supervise and delegate appropriate tasks to PT Assistants (PTAs) and PT Technicians in compliance with Massachusetts regulations

• Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long‐term wellness strategies

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

• Active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Experience in orthopedics or sports medicine preferred but not required

• Liability Insurance Certificate
