Job Description:
Purpose: To assure a safe, friendly, clean, and fun atmosphere by providing quality leadership, organization, and coaching, for the highest levels of guest and team satisfaction and enjoyment.
Basic Function: Responsible for the organization of complete day to day operations, ensuring a quality experience by all guests and staff. Included responsibilities: financial, customer experience, smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in day to day operations assuring that standards are being met. Exhibit and communicate the company culture.
Delegate tasks to ensure responsible coverage throughout entire hours of operation. Oversee or prepare employee schedules and ensure staffing needs are met.
Verify and prepare payroll and payables forwarded to bookkeeper/ front office on a weekly basis.
Build quality relationships with team members and guests fulfilling their needs and improving their lives. Promote participation by building a strong and committed team, facilitate team meetings on a regular basis.
Prepare bank deposit each shift in an accurate manner and submit to appropriate office.
Manage and continually improve systems, while providing leadership to attain profit and ROI goals.
Assist in operations during busy hours, supporting team members when needed.
Communicate with HR to handle misconduct of guests and/or Team members and take appropriate action. This includes all codes of conduct and policies written in the company handbook.
Responsible for physical cleanliness of facilities and coordinating all maintenance of facilities and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Maintain standards and ensure safe operating conditions in all areas of the facility.
Maintain experience culture and quality control.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Emphasize positive re-enforcement techniques. Facilitate team evaluations.
Work with human resources through proper selection, training, compensation, review, termination, and motivation of the entire team.
Promote empowerment and team members using their best judgment. Resolve team personnel related problems or difficulties.
