Job Description

Job Title: Lead Journeyman Electrician – Commercial & Industrial Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour Location: Richmond, VA (Local Projects)

The Hook: Are you an elite-level Journeyman who takes pride in "rack-level" conduit runs and perfect terminations? If you’ve held your card for 4+ years and want to be paid for your craftsmanship without the constant headache of "babysitting" a massive crew, this is your spot. We are looking for a Lead Journeyman to be the backbone of our most technical industrial and commercial projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Precision Installation: Lead by example with high-quality installation of raceways, cable trays, and complex fixtures.
  • Technical Execution: Wire and terminate motor control systems and industrial equipment from blueprints.
  • Mentor: Work with 1-2 apprentices to show them how the job is done right the first time.
  • Problem Solve: Use your 4+ years of licensed experience to navigate job site challenges efficiently.

What We Need:

  • Credentials: Valid Virginia Journeyman’s Card (held for 4+ years).
  • Skills: Expert-level familiarity with industrial blueprints and specialized hand tools.
  • Standards: A "Clean & Code" mindset—you don't cut corners.
  • Reliability: Clean driving record and a valid Virginia Driver’s License.
