Job Description

Job Title: Installation & Merchandising Project Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

The Role: The Bridge Between Construction & Retail Success

Are you a master of logistics with a background in retail merchandising? We are looking for a high-impact Installation & Merchandising Project Manager to take total ownership of our retail rollout projects.

This isn't a "sit-behind-a-desk" role. You are the heartbeat of the project from day one to completion. You will lead our field specialists, manage complex schedules, and act as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your goal is simple: ensure every shelf is built, every product is stocked, and the client is thrilled with the final result.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring installations and merchandising resets stay on track, on budget, and up to brand standards.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Oversee a team of Installation Specialists. You will be responsible for their scheduling, on-site performance, and continuous training to ensure our "gold standard" is met on every job.
  • Client Advocacy: Maintain constant communication with clients. You are their "go-to" person, ensuring their vision is realized and their expectations are exceeded.
  • The "Firefighter": When a shipment is late or a fixture doesn't fit, you are the one to step in, solve the problem, and keep the project moving without missing a beat.
  • Strategic Traveling: This is a hands-on role. You will travel between various project sites to audit quality, support your team, and meet with store leadership.
  • Operational Excellence: Coordinate all logistics, including material deliveries and labor hours, to ensure 100% project completion on the designated "Go-Live" date.

What We’re Looking For

  • Merchandising Background: Deep experience in retail merchandising is a must. You need to understand planograms, product placement, and the "flow" of a retail environment.
  • Project Management Pro: Proven experience managing people and timelines in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Communication Skills: You are as comfortable talking shop with a contractor as you are presenting a project update to a corporate executive.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: You don't panic under pressure. You find solutions where others see roadblocks.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently between project sites to ensure success on the ground.
