Job Title: Electrical Foreman – Commercial & Industrial Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 per hour Location: Richmond, VA (Local Projects)

We are looking for an Electrical Foreman who takes pride in clean conduit runs and organized job sites. If you have the "4-year card" and are ready to lead a large crew on significant commercial and industrial builds, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead by Example: Manage large crew sizes to ensure project deadlines and safety standards are met.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the installation of raceways, cable trays, and complex electrical fixtures.
- Troubleshooting: Support the team in resolving motor and control system issues.
- Blueprint Accuracy: Read and interpret schematics and manuals to ensure 100% code compliance.
What We Need:
- Experience: Valid Virginia Journeyman’s Card (held for at least 4 years).
- Leadership: Previous experience managing crews on industrial or heavy commercial sites.
- Driving: Clean driving record and valid DL.
- Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a "safety-first" attitude.
