A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering—or equivalent commercial or industrial energy audit experience—is also preferred. Candidates who demonstrate the skills and values aligned with integrity, safety, customer service, and community are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every listed qualification.
