Position Responsibilities and Duties
• Able to read and understand extensive plans and specifications for general commercial and residential construction.
*Perform accurate quantity and price take offs, (time, labor, material) for all construction trades
* Good communication skills both written and oral
* Able to locate subcontractors and vendors to solicit and obtain bids from across the country
*Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills
*Well versed on computers – MS Office to include word and excel
*Ability to negotiate subcontractor post bid award.
* Must have minimum 3 years’ estimating experience preferred.
*Monday through Friday Hours, with a long term employee relationships and a family friendly environment

Required experience: Must have 5 years experience and B.S. degree in Engineering / Construction Management, or similar.
