Job Description

Southeast Gas has an immediate opening for a Construction Worker at its Dothan Office.

Responsibilities for the job include:

·         Installing, relocating, and abandoning gas services. 

·         Responding promptly to reports of gas leaks, conducting necessary maintenance to repair leaks, and responding to emergencies. 

·         Assuring proper maintenance on all valves, preparing main tie-ins, running main extensions and service lines. 

Requirements for the job include:

·         Ability to operate heavy equipment and ride/drive for extended periods of time.

·         Involves lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and walking across diverse terrain.

·         High school diploma or GED.

·         Possession of a valid Alabama Driver’s License.

·         Minimum two years of experience is preferred.

·         Residence in the Dothan area.
