The Team
The Preschool Team provides a supportive, play-based learning environment and adheres to the highest standards, as recognized by its NAEYC Accreditation. With low child-to-teacher ratios, team members focus on meeting each child's individual needs. The team also values continuous learning, offering opportunities for training, professional development, and collaboration to create an innovative and nurturing space for young learners.
The preschool seeks a caring, dedicated Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher to support children during this extraordinary stage of growth and discovery. This position plays an essential role in creating a nurturing, responsive environment where the youngest learners feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative team member who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering each child’s social, emotional, and physical development. Strong candidates bring a positive attitude, a growth mindset, and experience working with infants and toddlers, along with a willingness to learn and grow alongside a supportive teaching team.
