Why This Role Rocks

The Regional People Support Manager is a key member of the Regional People Support Team. This position provides guidance and support to the Regional Partner, Market Partners, and Managing Partners. This includes supporting management recruitment and selection, managing employee relations issues, providing training and education, analyzing HR metrics and processes, helping support hourly staffing and HR compliance in the restaurants. This position also includes developing staffing plans and initiatives, supporting compliance with relevant Human Resource laws, regulations and policies for the assigned region, and other related work.

*This position will be based in Texas and include a 40% travel expectation.

What’s On Your Plate

  • Build strong partnerships with Regional Partners, Market Partners, Managing Partners, and Support Center teams

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor for your markets, supporting recruiting, succession planning, and staffing needs

  • Interview, assess, and consult on prospective management candidates

  • Assist with staffing needs, recruiting tools, postings, career fairs, and technical issues

  • Receive, investigate, and help resolve employee relations concerns in collaboration with field leadership

  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance on policies, processes, compliance, and employee relations

  • Deliver HR education and training across your region

  • Support New Store Openings with systems training, hiring assistance, and compliance best practices

  • Partner with store operators to develop Admins and support the ADMIN letter program

  • Help implement wage & hour compliance processes and follow up on HR audit results

  • Compile HR analytics to support data-driven decisions in the region

  • Stay up to date on relevant HR laws and report any compliance concerns promptly

  • Provide backup support to the Regional People Partner and broader team


Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or equivalent experience in HR or restaurant management

  • 2+ years of HR experience or 4+ years of restaurant management experience

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation

  • Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills

  • High integrity and the ability to deliver clear, effective feedback
