Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Answer inbound customer service calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Review customer account information and provide accurate, professional assistance
- Resolve customer inquiries while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Accurately document customer interactions and call details
- Meet attendance, performance, and productivity expectations
- Work onsite, Monday through Friday, as an employee of Abel Personnel
Training Information
- Paid training provided
- Successful completion of training is required to remain in the role
- Strong attendance, engagement, and performance during training are required
