Finance Administration Manager is responsible for the overall management of the contract administration, procurement, and Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) functions for Delaware Transit Corporation. The positions are also Responsible for the corporation’s record retention program which includes maintenance of designated records and files and coordinating processes and activities with the Bureau of Archives. The Finance Administration Manager serves as the contract liaison to the Deputy Attorney General and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for the Triennial and State Management Reviews. The Chief Executive Officer designates the Finance Administration Manager as the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Liaison Officer for Delaware Transit Corporation.
