General Summary: Responsible for the maintenance of Township records, ensuring that Township business is properly transacted and that concerns and questions of the citizens are attended to or brought to the Supervisors' attention.

Requirements:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
* Detail-oriented
* Ability to work autonomously
* Customer Service Focused

Primary Responsibilities:
* Prepare agenda for Supervisors meetings, attend meetings to record minutes, and provide procedural advice
* Assist citizens by informing them of Township rules and laws, explaining procedures, hearing complaints, and either resolving them or referring them to the responsible official
* Pay bills and other obligations upon approval of the Supervisors
* Assist Supervisors and solicitors in preparation of legislative action by typing, checking, advertising, and recording the action as required by law
* Perform bookkeeping functions and account for Township funds
* Prepare payroll and maintain records for Township Employees
* Issue permits along with the collection of fees and prepare permit reports
* Prepare and maintain other records in accordance with a retention schedule of items such as advertising, bids, contracts, road repairs, official actions, and incidents
* Write and respond to correspondence
* Sign all checks
* Prepare Treasurer Reports
* Record all ordinances, resolutions, etc.
* Preparation of Budget
* Process payments for the Conewango Township Municipal Authority
