The Galatyn Lodge, a privately owned luxury boutique lodge located in the heart of Vail Village, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time, year-round, live-in position offering an exceptional opportunity to work in a premier hospitality environment while enjoying the mountain lifestyle.

Position Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding, personalized guest experiences
• Collaborate closely with the General Manager on daily property operations
• Provide front desk coverage as needed, including:
• Answering phones and emails
• Booking reservations
• Collecting and recording deposits and payments
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Perform light maintenance and assist with general property upkeep
• Schedule and coordinate contractors and service providers
• Assist with marketing and publicity initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
• College degree required; Hospitality or Hospitality Management degree preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in a hotel or resort environment
• Reservation system experience preferred
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills
• Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor
• Strong attention to detail with discretion and professionalism
• Willingness to go above and beyond for guests and team members
• Must reside on property (housing provided)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
