Join the team at Premier Pools & Spas, the largest and most recognized pool builder in the world. We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee the transformation of our clients' backyards into luxury retreats.

In this role, you will be the "boots on the ground" leader, managing the end-to-end construction process from excavation to the final "pool school" walkthrough. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, ensuring structural integrity, and maintaining the high-quality standards that have made Premier a household name. Key Responsibilities

• Field Supervision: Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, ensuring all work meets Premier Pools' quality standards and local building codes.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule and oversee specialized crews (excavation, steel, plumbing, gunite, and tile) to keep projects moving on a strict timeline.
• Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites to prevent downtime.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing regular status updates and resolving on-site concerns professionally.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure every project adheres to engineering specifications, safety protocols, and project timelines.
• Reporting: Directly report project milestones, budget status, and scheduling updates to the Branch Owner using our internal project management software.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in construction, project management, or field operations is preferred. Knowledge of pool construction or hardscaping is a significant plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to resolve logistical challenges in the field.
• Communication: Ability to facilitate clear communication between office staff, field technicians, and engineers.
• Physicality: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform light physical duties as needed on-site.
• Leadership: A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a "find a way" mentality.
• Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (Required for site visits).
