We are looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our CPA firm's clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements, accounting records, payroll taxes, sales taxes and other financial reports from client transactions and information
  • Plan and track your ongoing engagements on multiple clients and discuss the engagement progress with managers and partners
  • Report and communicate with clients, co-workers and management team on an on-going basis

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting preferred
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and accounting theory preferred
  • Experience with Quickbooks is necessary
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Ability to plan and manage your work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis using tools our firm will train you on
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Compensation will be at or above your market value based on your experience level
