Job Description: Immediate Temporary Director of Board of Social Services position available with the Burlington County Board of Social Services.

Job Requirements: Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree supplemented by a Master’s degree.

Experience: Six (6) years of experience in program management involving setting organizational goals and objectives, establishing or determining needs for and planning organizational changes, setting organizational policy and developing operational and procedural guidelines and supervision of staff.

Applicants who do not possess a Bachelor’s degree may substitute additional experience on a year for year basis. Applicants who do not possess a Master’s Degree may substitute one (1) additional year of experience.

Salary: $151,120 – $206,243/yr. 35 hrs./week. Medical/dental.

Applicants must reside in New Jersey. Preference given to Burlington County residents. Public sector position. EEO/AA.
