As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Fire Suppression Superintendent to join our field team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-minded superintendent looking for a long-term role in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, schedule and order material for fire sprinkler systems for residential, commercial, TI, and industrial
- Collaborate with project management, fab shop, and field teams
- Ensure all projects meet local/state building codes and NFPA standards
- Conduct site surveys and attend coordination meetings as needed
- Be able to read plans and ensure compliance with general contractor specs
- Produce detailed materials lists
Qualifications
- Must have scheduling, time management and 5 years previous experience as a superintendent
- Excellent reading and interpretation of blueprints, specs, and fire codes
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PROCORE
- Must pass post-offer drug screen, background check and E-Verify
