In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Upkeep: Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Facility Care: Maintain facility infrastructure, including lighting, HVAC, and basic plumbing.
• Rapid Response: Respond promptly to equipment downtime and urgent maintenance requests.
• Technical Support: Assist with the installation, setup, and relocation of production equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and parts inventory.
• Safety First: Strictly follow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade training preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Documentation: Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

✨ Preferred Skills (A Plus)

• Experience with PLCs, automation, or industrial controls.
• Welding or fabrication experience.
• Forklift or aerial lift certification.
• Experience using CMMS or maintenance tracking software.
