Role Summary

VISCO is a Tier-1 automotive supplier looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our production team as General Production Assistants. This is an entry-level opportunity where you can start a career in automotive manufacturing.

We provide on-the-job training, starting you in packaging and plotter operation, with the opportunity to learn how to operate high-tech printing equipment as you grow with the company. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.

Shift Information

• 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: [Insert Time, e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM]
• Overtime: Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Packaging & Fulfillment: Carefully package finished automotive graphics and components for shipment to our customers.
• Plotter Operation: Assist in operating cutting machinery (plotters) to trim parts to precise specifications.
• Equipment Training: Learn to set up and operate screen printing and coating equipment under the guidance of experienced operators.
• Quality Inspection: Perform basic visual checks to ensure every part meets our high-quality standards.
• Material Handling: Move materials between departments and help keep the production floor organized and safe.
• Documentation: Fill out simple production logs to track completed work.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and a history of being on time and ready to work.
• Attitude: A willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions closely.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small defects and ensure orders are packaged correctly.
• No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate!
