Administrative Support Specialist

We are hiring a full-time Administrative Clerk for our Knoxville office. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by assisting with medical records management, human resources tasks, and general clerical responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support HR functions, including document preparation, filing, and onboarding assistance
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Perform general office clerical duties, including data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork
• Maintaining office directories
• Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries
• Assist staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research
• Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable and credit card charges
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related goals as needed

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

 EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years of administrative experience
• Ability to answer phones and greet visitors professionally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• High degree of attention to detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft products
