Summary:
As a customer service professional, you will be expected to use your experience and personality to assist customers, solve problems, qualify leads, contribute to sales and fuel customer retention. This role will be part of the initial contact team for customers interested in our products and will be responsible for assisting customers in completing purchases online and over the phone, as well as informing customers of our products and services.
