Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish/English) – $19/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite | No Nights or Weekends

Abel Personnel, a trusted staffing leader for over 55 years, is hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to work onsite at one of our client’s busy, structured call centers.
This is a full-time, in-person role where reliability, attendance, and performance are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls in both Spanish and English with professionalism and care.
- Provide accurate, courteous, and solution-focused service.
- Document all calls carefully and follow established procedures.
- Meet individual and team performance, quality, and attendance goals.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment.

- Full-time, consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (no nights or weekends).

What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Experience: At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume customer service role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Professionalism: Clear communication and problem-solving ability.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using multiple computer systems.

- Background check, drug screening, and professional reference verification.
- Onsite attendance Monday–Friday (9 AM–6 PM) required.
