Inside Sales Manager

Location: Erickson Family Furniture

Manager pay Pay: $18–$20/hour + Commission

Sales Associate pay: $16-$18/hour + Commission

About the Role

Are you a natural communicator with a passion for sales? Do you enjoy connecting with people and helping them find the perfect furniture for their home? If so, we’d love to have you on our team! As a Furniture Sales Manager or Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. 

We need a sales manager that can work 9 am - 5 pm (Monday - Saturday), with days off as scheduled.  Manager will have sales people under them. 

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of our store—greet customers, build relationships, and understand their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommend solutions that fit their style and budget
• Stay informed on promotions, new product launches, and service updates
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with moving furniture (30–50 lbs)
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment

What We’re Looking For

• 18 years of age or older
• Prior sales experience (Furniture preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency
• Goal-driven, competitive, and accountable
• Positive, patient, and adaptable team player
• Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts effectively
• Flexible availability (possible days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs., move furniture.
• Contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug test
