Sr. Project Manager: Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc. seeks Sr. Project Manager (North Las Vegas, NV). Duties: Dvlp proj charter / proj scope & obtaining buy-in from proj stakeholders. Learn & apply Agile Methodology for Proj Mgmt. Supporting the prod owner in mngng comm w/ stakeholders, mngng customers expectations for deliverables, & implmntg an effective proj governance sys. Note: Cmpny Hybrid work attendance policy: In-office work attendance req at the aforementioned office address for at least 8 times a month; telecommuting / working from home is permissible for the remainder of the same month. Must have a Bachelors deg or equiv in any field PLUS 10 yrs of exp in proj mgmt or rltd occupation. Skills req: Exp dvlpng proj charter / proj scope & obtaining buy-in from proj stakeholders. Exp apply Agile Methodology for Proj Mgmt. Exp using DevOps as the primary tool for Proj demand & mgmt. Exp supporting prod owner in mngng comm w/ stakeholders. Exp mngng customers expectations for deliverables. Exp implmntg an effective proj governance sys. Exp mngng several concurrent, cmplx projs. Exp setting deadlines & budget of the proj. Exp presenting status rprts of the proj to the leadership of the org. Exp defining the projects sched & scope while balancing w/ timely & regular value deliveries. Exp organizing & leading working & proj status meetings. Exp documenting risks & escalating risks in a timely manner. Exp creating long- & short-term plans, incl setting targets for milestones & adhering to deadlines. Exp mentoring & coaching Assistant Proj Mgrs & Proj Mgrs to apply Proj Mgmt best practices & Agile Methodology. Certified PMP. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
