Teller

Join our Retail team in Phoenix as a teller! Our teller position is great for a seasoned retail banker or for someone just  beginning their banking career. Our Retail team is the face of the Bank, focused on building quality relationships, offering helpful product and service solutions, and protecting the financial security of our clients. 

As a teller, you will provide services to our client, both business and personal, to help meet their needs. This includes processing and verifying teller transactions, performing account maintenance, and opening new personal and business  accounts. The teller position provides an opportunity to learn what happens at a financial institution, while also providing a path for personal and career growth and development. 

We are looking for someone who has strong customer service abilities that can provide clear communication, problem  solving and patience with clients and someone who is able to maintain confidentiality and diplomacy - all essential in order to create a positive experience for our clients. Those who enjoy working as a team to make sure that work is completed accurately and efficiently will find themselves in a supportive environment. If you: strive for consistent, quality work; enjoy looking for logical answers; and have the ability to easily accept change, this may be the job for you. Training will be  provided.

This is a full-time position at our Phoenix branch, Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Pay starts at $15 to $18 per hour. Employee benefits include 401k, health, dental and vision insurance and paid time off.
