Greeneville Bottling is a GMP-regulated food and beverage manufacturer looking for an experienced, hands-on Controls / Maintenance Technician. You’ll troubleshoot PLC-controlled automated equipment, pick up the tools to make the mechanical and electrical repairs yourself, and help grow the PLC skills of the technicians around you.
If you’re equally comfortable working through ladder logic on a laptop and turning wrenches on the production floor — and you enjoy teaching others how to do the same — we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated bottling and production equipment.
Use PLC logic and diagnostic software to identify equipment faults, I/O issues, sequencing problems, and interlocks.
Read and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot and repair motors, VFDs, HMIs, servos, sensors, photo eyes, proximity switches, relays, contactors, and motor controls.
