Pence Companies is seeking a Project Manager responsible for successfully managing assigned construction projects and ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, safely, and with quality in partnership with the Project Superintendent. The Project Manager is responsible for day-to-day project operations, including project budget, client relationships, subcontractor relationships, and project staff. Key responsibilities include  managing project risk and profitability, project schedules, procurement, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change management, owner billing, cash flow, cost forecasting, quality control, and project documentation.
