Job Description Job Description Position Overview   GoodTemps, the staffing social enterprise of Goodwill NYNJ, delivers temporary staffing solutions to government agencies, nonprofits, and private employers—while creating employment opportunities for i ndividuals with disabilities, veterans,  and others facing barriers to work. GoodTemps is part of Goodwill NYNJ’s Business Services division, which also includes our Janitorial Services and Good Guards, our soon-to-launch security guard social enterprise currently in development.   The Director of Business Development is a quota-carrying individual contributor responsible for driving revenue growth across four key areas:  Drive business development growth across Goodwill NYNJ’s full Business Services portfolio—including GoodTemps, and Janitorial Services=—by expanding and deepening relationships with NYC and NYS government agency customers.   Launch private-sector employer partnerships across staffing, janitorial, and...
