Job Duties & Responsibilities
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and professional service.
Perform general building repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and painting .
Troubleshoot and repair appliances and equipment as needed.
Conduct routine inspections of properties, systems, and grounds.
Maintain accurate records of completed work orders.
Collaborate with staff, tenants, and vendors to ensure excellent service delivery.
