EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR The Library Guild of Rancho Santa Fe seeks a new Executive Director. This is a part-time job, at 20 to 30 hours per week, and it's a crucial role for the library and the community. Candidates should have experience in project management, event planning, grant writing and fundraising. The Executive Director (ED) works closely with the library staff and volunteers, as well as with community organizations, to execute special events, including author talks, volunteer events and fundraisers. The ED also oversees the maintenance of a website, social media platform and newsletter, and works closely with the board of directors on strategic planning and management of monthly and yearly budgets. The ED plays an important role as the public face of the library for many literary and fundraising events.
