Director of After School Programming & Bowling Operations Reports To: Sr. Director of Marketing & Programs Full-Time, Exempt. $62, 358 annually. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (May thru August 8:30 AM-5:30 PM/September-April 12:00 PM-9:00 PM or conclusion of league play). Ability to work occasional weekends as needed. Schedule adjustments to be coordinated with supervisor.
Position Summary
The Director of After School Programming & Bowling Operations provides yearround leadership for two core areas of the Clark Sports Center: the After School Program and the Bowling Center. This position oversees the daily operations of the afterschool program, serving approximately 120 youth each afternoon during the academic year, ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment supported by consistent procedures, strong supervision, and clear communication with families and school partners.
