Key Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and maintain official district records, including board minutes, policies, and legal documents
Coordinate and attend school board meetings, including agenda preparation, posting notices, and recording accurate minutes
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations related to public records, open meetings, and elections
Serve as a point of contact for board members, administrators, and the public regarding district governance matters
Manage district correspondence, including official communications and public inquiries
Assist with school board elections, budget votes, and related reporting requirements
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Support administrative functions as needed to ensure smooth district operations
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
