Job description Join our showroom team as an Inside Sales Representative at Custom Countertop. This position focuses on assisting customers who visit or call us to choose countertops that fit their budget, timeline, and design goals. You will act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, contractors, and designers—helping them compare materials, explain fabrication and installation timelines, and move projects smoothly from inquiry to completion. There is no cold calling; our leads are primarily walk-ins and inbound phone inquiries, allowing you to concentrate on customer service and closing quality sales.
