Safety Statement: This is a safety sensitive position.   Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for all facets of tool & die and machining principles related to the manufacturing sector and must be well versed in various tool and die craftsmanship skills. This position is also responsible for standard operating/production procedures, safety, quality and housekeeping, as well as continuous improvement initiatives within the Tool and Die Department.   In addition, this position provides support to all areas of the operation and will be responsible for the supervision of team members assigned to the designated area.    Essential Functions: Works with manufacturing to build or repair any production tooling needed to produce our products and works well with others to determine the root cause of problems and provide solutions.
