Job Description **MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A MULTI-LINE PHONE SYSTEM IN A VERY FAST PACED ENVIORNMENT** *****MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A CLEAN BACKGROUND****** ******BACKGROUND IN THE STAFFING INDUSTRY IS A BIG PLUS******* We are seeking a Receptionist. This will be a temp to possible full time employment after 720 hours, and that will depend on attendance and work ethic. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Perform all other office tasks asked Light cleaning in the office Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask IS A MUST Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills THIS IS A FULL TIME TEMPEROARY POSITION THAT COULD POSSIBLY LEAD INTO A FULL TIME POSITION , HOURS ARE MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30AM-4:30PM WITH A 1 HOUR LUNCH TO BE TAKEN FROM 12-1PM. OUR OPERATING HOURS ARE 7:30AM-4:30PM AND SOMETIMES IT WOULD BE MANDATORY TO STAY AFTER 4:30PM FOR BIG PROJECTS.
