Job Description We are seeking a Computer Helpdesk Support person to join our team. You will resolve computer-related issues across many different disciplines for our clients. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely Setup new computers and devices such as printers, scanners, etc. Preform basic tasks such as setting up user accounts, email accounts, joining computers to a domain. Track customer issues and resolutions Qualifications: Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP, Basic Routing, Active Directory, VPN's and Firewalls Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet. Ability to multi task Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Strong customer services skills are a must!
