SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER CARE COORDINATOR Goochland Powhatan Community Services is seeking a SUD Care Coordinator to serve adolescents and adults living with substance use disorders who are seeking treatment, with a special emphasis on opioid dependence. This position works closely with therapists, peers, nurses, and psychiatric providers within the agency and as well as community providers. These services utilize a team approach and are coordinated with community partners to meet the needs of the consumers in recovery. The case manager should be familiar with clients’ experiences and be acquainted with resources, particularly for those recovering from opioid dependence.
