Job Description Primary Duties/Responsibilities : * Provide administrative, records, and documents support to various departments throughout the law firm * Manage, file, and distribute legal records as needed * Interact with team members, legal staff, paralegals,and attorneys firm-wide as necessary * Manage legal documents including converting, reformatting, proofing and filing (electronic.) Help troubleshoot formatting issues, etc. (no legal experience necessary- just software proficiency and a good eye for detail) * As requested, type and proofread various other documents such as routine correspondence, interoffice memos, and reports * Copy and distribute routine reports in a timely manner * Prepare both internal and external mail including special handling packages, internal/external mailings, and mailing lists * Perform data entry when appropriate * Maintain appropriate filing systems, both manual and electronic * Assist with special projects and clerical support to assigned...
