TRANSFER CLERK The Monongalia County Assessor's Office has a full-time position for a Transfer Clerk . Responsibilities include checking multiple programs for accuracy of parcels being transferred, transferring ownership of real estate by deed or estate documents, research from recorded documents, regular communication with staff necessary to the transfer process, reading and comprehending legal documents related to the transfer of property.
