Job Description
PURPOSE SUMMARY. Perform advanced professional work supporting the Countys Talent Acquisition Division. Independently manages complex recruitment activities, conducts workforce analysis, supports workforce planning initiatives, and develops recommendations that enhance recruitment effectiveness, employee experience, and organizational performance.
