As a Business Customer Relationship Advocate, you will be the point of contact for all of ImOn’s Business Customers. They will handle calls, provide account information, and resolve issues while adhering to company guidelines. Their responsibilities include addressing inquiries, answering questions, and resolving complaints in the customer's preferred language.
What You’ll Do
Assist business customers with general service inquiries, account changes, billing information, and technical issues and offer our outstanding products to new and existing customers.
Demonstrate active listening and effective communication to ensure a mutual understanding of customer's concerns.
