The Santa Ynez Community Services District Board of Directors is seeking a creative and experienced leader for their new General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to manage the wastewater services of a true community. The General Manager is the chief executive officer of the District under the direction of a five-member Board of Directors and is responsible for the overall management and administration of the District services and personnel.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager at a local government agency directly serving an elected Board of Directors. Any combination of education, training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. Work experience in the wastewater and/or water industry is desirable.
The salary range is $130,000 to $175,000 per year DOQ plus a competitive benefit package.
