As part of our Visitor Services team, were seeking a customer service focused individual to fill our Information Specialist position.
This position is located at our I-75 Welcome Center in Jennings, Florida.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide information and exceptional customer service to visitors of the Welcome Center. Provide maps and mileage, as well as information about specific destinations, attractions, amenities, or activities.
Greet and provide refreshments to visitors at the citrus counter. Serve fresh Florida citrus juices as a welcome to the State of Florida. Report daily usage and assist with juice and citrus orders.
Assist visitors in the lobby of the Center and the vending area. Direct visitors to brochures for certain destinations or activities. Maintain...
