Job Description Job Description The Construction Superintendent is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising all field construction activities associated with water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, and related utility infrastructure. The Superintendent is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents, company standards, and client expectations.
