Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines
Overview: We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Personal Lines team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service for personal lines insurance clients
Answer questions, process policy changes, and handle billing inquiries
Review coverage options and assist with renewals
Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Requirements :
Previous experience in insurance and/or customer service is preferred
