The City of Northwood is accepting applications for the position of Director of Planning, Zoning & Economic Development. This position works under the general direction of the City Administrator and is responsible for reviewing development proposals, working with developers and design professionals, enforcing zoning codes, issuing notices, and conducting public meetings related to land use.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field (Masters preferred) and minimum of 5 years of experience.
Salary: $90K$100K with excellent benefits.
