Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train sales representatives and merchandisers.
- Substitute for sales team members during vacation or sick leave.
- Complete 20 ride-withs and 1 team sell per month as required by Anheuser-Busch.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing accuracy, product freshness, and returns.
- Assist with on-premise promotions and maintain product displays.
- Lead weekly sales team meetings and communicate incentive updates.
- Utilize the Retailer Portal for account tracking and team support.
